ActiveWatch® Platinum is our highest value plan for both monitoring and service and covers virtually every computer and server on the network, both remote and on-site remediation at a fixed monthly fee, sort of an "all-you-can-eat plan".
ActvieWatch® Gold offers the highest level of remote monitoring and remediation at a fixed monthly fee, an "all-you-can-eat plan" without on-site service. This plan offers a great value for many of our clients.
ActiveWatch® Silver, our least expensive, offers a high level of monitoring and reporting so workstation and network issues are known early and plans for remediation can be formulated early, often preventing unexpected outages.
